Tech Transpire (“Tech Transpire,” “we,” “us”) is a trade name (DBA) of Akhani LLC, based in Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas. This policy explains what personal information we collect through www.techtranspire.com (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information we collect

Please do not include sensitive information, such as health information, financial account details or government ID numbers, in your message.
Information you give us when booking a call. If you book an intro call, you use a scheduling page operated by Microsoft (Microsoft Bookings). Microsoft collects the details you enter there, such as your name, email address and chosen time, on our behalf.
Information you give us by email or phone. If you contact us at info@techtranspire.com or +1 (979) 479-2779, we receive whatever you choose to send.
Information collected automatically. The Site is hosted on GitHub Pages, a service of GitHub, Inc. GitHub records technical information about each visit, including your IP address, to deliver the Site and protect it from abuse. We do not receive or use these records.
We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We process your inquiry details to take steps at your request before a possible contract, and for our legitimate interest in responding to and managing business inquiries.
4. Who we share information with
We use service providers that process information on our behalf and under our instructions:

Tech Transpire and True Lean Solutions are both operated by Akhani LLC. If your inquiry is better served by the True Lean Solutions team, we may share it with them so they can respond.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or as part of a business transfer, such as a merger or sale of Akhani LLC or the Tech Transpire business.
5. Cookies
The Site does not set cookies. Services we link to, such as Microsoft Bookings and LinkedIn, may set their own cookies when you visit them, under their own policies.
6. Where information is processed
Our service providers process information in the United States and may process it in other countries where they operate.
7. How long we keep information

8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. These include encrypted connections (HTTPS) and restricted access to the accounts that hold inquiries. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
9. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you, by emailing info@techtranspire.com. We will verify your request and respond within 45 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights, such as data portability, the right to object to processing, the right to appeal our decision about your request, or the right to complain to a data protection authority.
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
10. Children
The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
11. Links to other sites
The Site links to other services, such as LinkedIn and Microsoft Bookings. Their own privacy policies govern how they handle your information.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the “Last updated” date above. If the changes are significant, we will make that clear on the Site.
